Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:
driven, competitive, passionate, committed, focused
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
My best sporting memory was winning the Normanby Hall 10k. This is down to the fact that much of my first half of 2020 was written off due to a minor injury. I did not let this defeat me, I kept fit and focussed on my rehab. When I was able to run again I worked tirelessly to regain my fitness and become a better athlete. The win at Normby Hall proved to me that I am resilient, but also that I am competitive and do not like to be beaten. I knocked over two minuets off my 10k time from the previous year and got myself ranked on the national ranking leaderboard.
Goals:
I would like to climb higher up the UK and in the NCAA national ranking leaderboards. A dream of mine is to ultimately obtain a GB vest and represent my country. I would also like to gain a good education and achieve a quality US university or college business studies based degree. I feel this would enhance my life experience and potentially open up numerous other opportunities to me.
Anything else we should know?
I am a hard working passionate person. If I have a goal I will try my very hardest to achieve it. I certainly believe that I would be an asset to any US university or college cross country and track and field team. I want to get the best I can from life and will always strive to do my very best in whatever I do.
