The best memory of my athletic career is always attending training camps with my friends within the sport and making memories whilst getting stuck into hard training.
Goals:
I want to continue to improve my times, get stuck in and keep making friends through running.
Current training schedule:
I am currently training 5 times a week, with 3 sessions alternation between on track and grass/trail, and then 2 longer runs. I cover roughly 20-30 miles weekly.
