Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:
Resilient, coachable, dedicated, determined, kind.
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
I have loads of fantastic memories from my swim career so far but one of my best this year was when our relay team came second in the 4×200 freestyle relay at the British National Age Champs. We finished by under a second, to a team that was over 5 seconds faster than us in the qualifying round. The team really came together to pull out a fantastic performance that was over 15 seconds faster than what we originally went in the qualifying round.
Goals:
To gain a scholarship at a college in the USA and get to work with the best coaches in the world. I would also love to swim Internationally for a senior team and race in the Olympics for my country.
Anything else we should know?
I was born in New Zealand and have lived and swam most of my life in S E Asia before joining the Millfield Team in Year 9.
I love international life, travel and the adventure it brings. I’m really excited about the opportunities and challenges that will come my way by living and training in the USA.
