Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
The best memory of my athletic career so far must be December 2021. During the first full short course season back after two years of sporadic training and changing programs earlier in the year, I started to produce some great PBs and surprised myself by qualifying in a number of events for the Swim England Winter Nationals for my first ever national level competition. I had never experienced such an atmosphere inside Sheffield’s Ponds Forge. It only got better, when I PB’d in my four events, made Junior Finals in 3 and came home with 2 Junior bronze medals. It was definitely something I had not even considered being possible before the championships began!
Goals:
My short-term focus is to reach the European and World Junior qualification next summer in 2023. Long term, I would like to qualify for the 2026 Commonwealth Games as well as other Senior international teams beyond that.
Anything else we should know?
In my spare time, I enjoy playing cricket for my local senior team.
