Interview

Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:

Determined, resilient, hardworking, dedicated, competitive.

Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:

I have lots of good memories of swimming, I have made lots of friends and gained a lot of experience because of the sport. A proud memory is medaling in the 200 freestyle at British Summer Championships.  It is special because it was the result of hard work and improvements I had made in this stroke. Freestyle had not been my top stoke but I have really worked on the technique and speed of freestyle. It was really special to me because it showed me that my hard work had paid off.

Goals:

My goal is to be selected to swim for my country at an international competition. I want to take my swimming to the highest possible level and experience the atmosphere of these kinds of competitions. I currently swim for a small local club and want to push myself by finding a new challenge and a new team that can help me reach my further potential.

Anything else we should know?

I enjoy other sports and still train for Taekwondo. I recently achieved my black belt in this sport.
