Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:
motivated, passionate, confident, optimistic, outgoing
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
Based on my performance, I think my best athletic memory is when I got a silver medal at SIAB International in 2019 in both the 300 hurdles and the 4x300m. The 300 hurdles was the first event of the day and it was a surreal experience to bring home Wales’ first medal in front of a home crowd. It made it even more special that I was captain and that I also won the best track event of the day. To also come second in the relay alongside my best friend and other amazing teammates was one of the most heartfelt experiences. Based on atmosphere, my favourite track moment was winning a gold medal in the U18 4×100 at the Celtic Games. The atmosphere and environment of the competition was amazing and to win that title as part of a team is a feeling I will never be able to describe.
Goals:
My biggest goal that I want to achieve within my athletics career would be to compete at a global competition for Great Britain, alongside some of the best athletes in the world. It would also be an honour to represent my home country, Wales, at the Commonwealth Games. A life goal of mine has always been to travel around the world, experiencing and learning about different cultures. I have always wanted to explore the world, and this is why attending an American university is so important to me. It will allow me to explore new horizons and create better understanding of the world!
Anything else we should know?
I love to sing and I have a passion for performing. I attended a performing arts school for nine years, so I have been on the stage for over half my life.
