Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:
Dedicated, positive, competitive, ambitious, collaborative
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
My favourite training experience was warm weather training in Spain as I was able to train with a group of athletes and a coach twice a day. Training was the main priority and it was also fun having friends to recover with in the day. My favourite competition was a Schools International competition in Ireland as the whole Welsh team and the coach got to travel and stay in a hotel together. I really enjoyed being part of a big team as it made me want to perform to the best of my ability for the overall team performance.
Goals:
To run sub 54 in the 400m and sub 2.08 in the 800m. Long term, I would like to represent Wales at the Commonwealth Games.
Anything else we should know?
I am really looking forward to the chance to join a US university team to train hard and see what I can achieve for myself and for the team! Also for more opportunities to concentrate on my training whilst continuing my studies.
