Give us 5 words that best describe you as an athlete:
committed, determined, diligent, competitive, perfectionist
Tell us about your best memory of your athletic career:
At the English Schools National U16 Championship I was 4 over par after 5 holes, not giving up and showing resilience to shoot 3 over par, 3 shots behind the leader after the morning round. In the afternoon, coming back and shooting 3 under par, for a level par total score, and winning by 1 shot. That was a great experience that really showed me what is possible when you don’t give up!
Goals:
My long term goal is to be a successful college player, to play in the Walker Cup for GB&I and then gain my card to play on the PGA or European Tour.
Anything else we should know?
Between competitive rounds and during the winter I work hard on improving my skills and technique, with regular lessons with my coaches. I have many practice routines and drills and try to make every practice session as difficult and meaningful as I can. I practice with purpose and now use Data Labs and a GC2 swing track monitor (weekly during winter) to improve my consistency and scoring averages. I focus about 60% of my practice time to within 100 yards.
